First thalasso experience: how to prepare?

Your first thalassotherapy holiday is coming up, you're about to arrive at your establishment and don't really know how to prepare for the experience? Here's all our advice on how to arrive in the best possible conditions and make the most of this unique moment of well-being.   

What is a thalasso holiday like?

Arrival and welcome at the thalasso centre

When you arrive, you start by completing your hotel check-in. The staff will welcome you and help you settle in smoothly. 1. Choose an appropriate duration

A stay of 3 days or 3 nights offers a more complete experience. The body begins to get used to the rhythm of the treatments, and relaxation lasts longer. This is often the recommended length of time to take full advantage of the marine environment and space.

The longer cures, These are usually 5 or 6 days in length, allowing you to deepen your experience and combine several complementary treatments. This format is better suited to specific health problems.
